It is everything that Llano Grande is and much more. I know there are numerous Cal Am parks, but we think VDO outshines all the others. This will be our first year so we may be surprised, but so far I don't think so. We have spent the last two years in Mesa, and it has been a wonderful place to winter. Your mileage may vary so decide carefully.Rod Ivers https://www.blogger.com/profile/11622769861928590585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5723907305563721812.post-89323562910864831122010-07-30T12:15:25.109-04:002010-07-30T12:15:25.109-04:00Too bad you're not liking your work kamping jo...Too bad you're not liking your work kamping job too much . . . well, at least it's just a job and not a career . . . and you don't have to return next year!

Enjoy the rest of the summer! We've had some really nice camping trips this year, including catching up with H & L at Thunder Bay. There must be something about management not caring. We are finding that with the park rangers here in the state campground.

Anyway...check out the NWR system. They are great folks to work with and it is a site only job. The hours from each NWR vary but we worked 16 hours each at Hagerman NWR when we were there. We could work the same hours so we were off at the same time. Good luck!!

Mike & GerriHappytrailshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08604892750805362197noreply@blogger.com
