We lived there for nearly a decade and never had the courage to drive our MH through there!<br /><br />To really appreciate the bridge, take the last southbound 101 exit before the bridge and drive up toward the Marin Headlands. There's a lookout that's a short hike just beyond an old battery that is - in my humble former Bay Area resident opinion - something, especially in the late afternoon. When the setting sun lights up the bridge, the bay and the city, it's stunning!<br /><br />I forgot about that park where you're staying. As memory serves, it seemed a bit tight, but very green.
