Fun, Fun Fun!!

Fun, Fun Fun!!

Friday, April 27 - It’s been awhile (Freedland, MD)

I know most of you are really glad I don’t write the mundane things we have been doing on a day to day basis.

We have been having much fun spending time with our families and getting some things done.

We have not had our satellite because of being in the east…something to do with the east/west dishes.  Yesterday we were in York getting a new handle to our refrigerator which I broke and came across a Dish dealer. Jesse went in to talk to the guys and came out with a another dish for the east. When we came home he still was not able to get a signal.

I have made the curtains for the windows and we purchased new tables and a rug for the living room area. We both are very happy with the way the RV is looking.

We spent Passover with the family at Sondra’s. As always she made a delicious dinner for the Seder and we enjoyed being among the family.

We spent the Easter weekend on the Eastern Shore with my brother and family. We all went to Brian and Shannon’s in Delaware for Easter dinner which was great! We had the tradition egg hut for the girls and dyed eggs later in the day.

We have been to Mitch and Margaret’s to play Double Dominos and let the fur cousins play. It’s always so much fun!

Over all the last almost month has gone by fast and we look forward to the next few weeks we have left here before traveling to Colorado for the summer.

Here’s just a few more pictures:

Sunday, April 1 - Time with Family (Freeland, MD)

One Thursday we met Sondra at Hunt Valley which is a nice shopping center 1/2 way between her house and the campground.

We went to Panera Breads for lunch. We lingered for quite awhile getting caught up on all the news.

We went into a few stores and  to Best Buy. Sondra wanted Jesse’s input in purchasing a new computer.

We ended the day in Wegmans. It’s a high end gourmet grocery store.

Thursday night after she got off work Kelsey came to visit and spent the night. It was so good to see her again and we talked for hours.

Friday Kelsey needed to get to class (College) so we were up and she was ready to leave ay 7:45am.

Jesse and I made a trip into Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania which is about 7 miles from us. We wanted to see what store were there and we needed a few items from Walmart.

In the evening I met Kelsey and her mom Debbie at the movie theater the see “The Hunger Games”. I really enjoyed the movie.

Saturday we went to Mitch and Margaret’s (M&M). They live in Hanover PA and using the back roads it’s about 40 minutes from us. The boys went with us because they wanted to visit their cousins.

We sat and visited then we went to pick up some friends and we all went out to eat. They took us to a Bar/Restaurant called Wrightsville Inn. They have a colossal crab cake. It was a 1/2 pound of crab meat without filler.

They also had the largest wings plate I have ever seen. There only 3 uneaten wings on this plate.

We went back to M&M for dessert, we enjoyed our day very much. Thanks guys for a fun day!

Today we went to Sondra’s for a visit and late lunch. Kelsey came over after she got off from work to also visit with us. After we ate we played a card game called ? I forgot the name but it was fun!

We enjoyed our day and looking forward to many more.
