Saturday, February 13 – Preparing to Leave and Dinner with Friends

As I had mentioned before we will be leaving the Valley on Monday morning. We will certainly miss our friends, but we are on this adventure to see the USA. To that end here is proposed agenda: (All subject to change with little or no notice)

3 nights in Houston, TX – Palms RV Park in Dickinson

3 nights in Abbeville, LA –Betty’s RV

3 nights in New Orleans, LA – Bayou Segnette, State Park

1-2 nights in Defuniak Springs. FA

1-2 nights in Yemassee, SC

1 night in Wilson, NC

This should put us in Baltimore on March 1st or 2nd. The festivities of Jennifer’s Bat Mitzvah starts on Friday the 5th. I am looking forward to be home and seeing everyone, I just hope the weather cooperates.

We only plan to be in Baltimore for a week to 10 days, then heading south to Georgia and South Carolina, attend the RV-Dreams Rally, before traveling back to New York for work.

In response to asking readers to send us a note to say hello – We were pleased that some did.

Thank you for reading and following us: PhillisJoy in MS, Selene in NC, Jim P in SD, Mike and Carole in UK, Bob and Vicky in MN/TX, Betsy and Boyce in TX, Margaret aka Irish and Scott from MN, and Pat from VA.

Jesse worked outside getting things packed up in the basement storage and I was doing laundry and getting things done inside.

Then we started to get ready to go out to dinner. The whole gang was going to Hayashi Japanese Grill in McAllen. It was a Valentine, goodbye kinda dinner. Some of our gang was leaving in the morning for an overnight trip to Mexico so Jesse and I needed to say goodbye to them.

We had a very good time, good wine, great company and a wonderful meal.
