Friday, March 11 -- Chukchansi (Coarsegold, CA)

 

We hung out at the park today just hanging out.

I spent most of the morning working on our taxes for 2010.

After feeding the boys their dinner we went over to the Chukchansi Casino for dinner and a show.

We had dinner at Goldfields Café, one of the restaurants in the casino. I had fish and chips and Jesse had chicken fried steak.

After we played a little slots then went into the show room for “Legends in Concert”.

We saw impersonators for Stevie Wonder, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Madonna, The Blues Brothers, Michael Jackson. They were all entertaining although I think the most talented one was the Faith Hill impersonator.

She really didn’t sound like Faith, but had a great voice.

They entertained us for 1 1/2 hours and for 4 row center seats we paid $20 each. What a deal!

We came home and watched TV until bed time.
