Wednesday, April 17th - Snowing and Children (Colorado Springs, CO)

 

Tuesday we got more settled in. I have been getting things set up inside. We will be here until September so there is more to get set-up.

Mostly we just hung out at home. I made tacos for dinner and we read and watched TV.

The deer came to visit again and a fox.

Today was really special for two reasons. 1st it snowed.

Just beginning.

We left the campground around 11:30 to meet Beth and Adam in Pueblo for lunch (2nd).

We went to Cracker Barrel. It was very special to have time to spend with just them.

We lingered after lunch was eaten to just visit. All too soon Beth had to go back to work. So we said goodbye for now. We made a few stops at the grocery store and bank before returning to camp.

I was happy to see that it had snowed more and is still snowing very lightly.

It is so beautiful just laying on the trees.

Unfortunately we lost our satellite connection and Jesse is still trying to get it.

We are going to the lounge to watch Survivor.
