Wednesday, September 30 – Their back!

Today started out very cool, but at least it was not wet.

We sat around having coffee and reading blogs of our friends. Ed called to ask if we wanted to join them for breakfast. We declined but agreed to meet them at the flea market after breakfast.

We walked around the huge market. It had the usual flea market stuff. We each found a few items we couldn’t do without. Marilyn was looking for something for Irene, but other then that, we just browsed.

From there we went to the Amish Yoder Meat Market. We each found a few things to purchase. Then we were on to Bulk Foods which again we found a few more items.

Afterward E&M wanted to go back to see how they were doing with the repairs on their rig. Jesse and I went home to get ready for them.

I had started chicken taco soup last night and it had been cooking all day in the crock pot. We had invited Ed and Marilyn to join us for dinner.

We got a call from them around 4pm to say they were on their way, but got stuck in traffic from an accident up the road. Because of their size they would have to wait for the road to clear. We told them no problem we will wait for them.

They arrived and Ed dumped his tanks before backing their rig right next to ours. They are going to have to take it back on Friday to complete the repairs and hopefully be done!

We had some wine and snacks before sitting to eat the soup I had prepared. Marilyn had planned to bring a pie for dessert, but was not able to purchase it, so we had flavored popcorn and wafer cookies for dessert.

It was a wonderful evening and we enjoyed spending time with them so much. They were tired so we made it a early night.

Can’t wait to see what we all can get into tomorrow.
