Tuesday, July 8 - Visit Homer (Ninilchik, Alaska)

 

Today Jesse and I drove to Homer to look around. Bob and Janet elected to stay home.

Our 1st stop was Pratt Museum

They had several quilts on display and this was my favorite

We watched a film on bears and Jesse got very friendly with this one. They even look alike, same expression!

Then we drove to “OLD TOWN”

There was only two buildings

Our next stop was “Alaska Island & Ocean Visitors Center”

There were not as many people there today. There was a lot of RV spots available.

We drove to the end and turned around.

On the way home we saw this in Homer. Not sure what it was, but I thought the sign was funny.
