Sunday, February 6 –Yuma, AZ - Weekend at Home

 

I really have very little to write about, because we did nothing this weekend, but I just wanted to write a few lines.

On Saturday Jesse went out to Lowes to get some hooks he needed to complete his basement organization. He also stopped at the food store to pick up a few items.

Mr. B had a birthday today he was 8 years old.

We grilled burgers on the grill for dinner and just relaxed.

Super Bowl Sunday was not real exciting for us. As those of you that know me I am not a football person.

We were invited you join Arlene & Kevin and the gang at their place, but Jesse wanted to stay home. Jesse has always enjoyed watching football at home. He says he can see the plays better and hear what is going on.

So that’s what he did. I made us dinner and had it ready at half-time. I grilled BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and broccoli.

After the game was over we watched 2 of our normal Sunday shows before going off to bed.
