We left this morning about 10am, traveled 135 miles and landed at Skyline Wilderness Park around 1:00.
We plan to be here 2 weeks exploring the area.
We drove through San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, BTW I was not impressed with the bridge. It is not as big as the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, maybe I will see the draw when we go back to look around the area.
Here are some pictures I took from the drive.

Sounds like a great place to be, enjoy!
You pulled your rig through the city? Wow! We lived there for nearly a decade and never had the courage to drive our MH through there!
To really appreciate the bridge, take the last southbound 101 exit before the bridge and drive up toward the Marin Headlands. There's a lookout that's a short hike just beyond an old battery that is - in my humble former Bay Area resident opinion - something, especially in the late afternoon. When the setting sun lights up the bridge, the bay and the city, it's stunning!
I forgot about that park where you're staying. As memory serves, it seemed a bit tight, but very green. Hope it works well for you and you enjoy your stay.
