Saturday, May 2 – Visitors, Visitors and More Visitors

 

Today started very normal for us. We had our coffee while reading blogs and computering.

Around noon the Millers came to visit

They came to see our new home.

I made French bread pizza and salad for lunch. We had cookies for dessert.

It was nice to sit and talk with our nieces and nephew.

Jennifer, Charles, Marilyn, Jesse and AlyssaThey were not able to stay very long because Jennifer had riding practice. She has been riding horses for a couple of years now and really enjoys her time riding.

We sat outside after they left awaiting our next visitors. Mitchell, Margaret, Toby and Bailey were coming for the evening.

First thing on the agenda was to walk the boys

Then we had dinner. I steamed some shrimp while Jesse grilled some hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. I also served macaroni salad and green salad.

We sat and visited while letting our meal settle.

We played Sequence and the girls beat the guys 3 games to 2 . Hey girls!!

I made cherry dump cake and served ice cream with toppings for dessert.

It was a great day having family visit our new home. It was fun to entertain again.

Tomorrow we are going to visit M&M in PA.
